I've been a die hard customer here for 8 plus years. I can say without hesitation that this is my favorite spot. The sushi is always fresh, well put together, and consistently tasty. If you eat in restaurant, you sometimes even get a complimentary roll and it's always delicious.

I'll admit, from the outside it definitely doesn't look like much. But it is truly the definition of a hidden gem. The staff are all hard working and do everything they can to make sure your experience there is up to your liking. I've never had bad service or bad food here.

This place is a very well kept secret for the area . No big signs , no crazy advertisements. As an avid  yelper I can true say that this  place defines the definition of "if you know you know". Small privately owned sushi bar and restuarant that caters to its customers , each meal is carefully crafted with pride and compassion.

Each meal comes with miso soup , and edamame for the table . The rolls are fairly priced and the service matches the food (amazing) . The staff is so friendly and professional and their main goal is to make sure that the customers are happy.  We went and ordered three rolls , the rolls were unlike something that I've ever had before . Two of our rolls came out swiftly while the last one came out about 7 mins later (no big issue , Friday night rush ).

I stated to our server that it was okay but she insisted and brought us a free roll on the house ! I will definitely come back from that kind gesture from a great server .

Over rated! This is mediocre sushi, all rice tiny fish pieces that didn't seem that fresh. They give away an appetizer if you give a yelp review that's why there are so many reviews I think. Greasy fried food tempura soggy. It's not is a great neighborhood either, vagrants around.
Waitress literally says give them 4 stars or higher for free app no wonder their reviews are sketch!
    Pass!

I've been coming here for a very long time, and the owner and chef does very very good with their food. But the last 3 lunch experiences in a row have been absolutely terrible. It's unfortunate that I will not be coming back until they can hire servers that don't ignore me 20 minutes and "forget" they never took the order.

But not worry, I was comped a can of sprite I didn't order. Nor do I drink soda.

As a business owner I understand only being as good as your weakest link. But as a busy person I'm not looking to wait 20 minutes before being able to put my order and then wait another 30 for it show up.

Before this trip I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and not once was acknowledged by anyone to be able to get seated. And took just as long to get my order in.

You can also sit in the restaurant and listen to the phone ring 15-20x loudly before anyone answers.

Step your game up. I'll be at mikuni.

I went here the other day with my buddy for the first time. I am glad he told me where it was as you will definitely miss the turn into the driveway if you follow your GPS!

Upon entering I noticed the place was busy. The sushi counter looked good, fish was wrapped in the coolers, and the floors and tables were very clean.  We waited a few minutes for a table. Once seated I ordered the Sashi Sampler lunch which consisted of Sake, Blue Fin, Hamachi, and Shiro Maguro. The slices were a good thickness and quality (no fishy smell). I was pleasantly surprised to get Blue Fin instead of the usual red tuna.

The one lacking area was the service. It seemed they had only one person taking orders and one lady running around clearing tables. I asked for several things including an add on to my order which I never received (I wasn't charged for it) so they lost out on additional revenue which is never a good thing if you are the owner.

One nice plus was the complimentary 5 piece roll I believe they give everyone, but a nice touch to customer service.

I will definitely come back as the atmosphere, clean environment and food quality was very good.
